I see the world.

Long before I understood the formal principles of design or Gestalt theory, I was naturally applying them. I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences where every detail supports the whole—where form and function feel inseparable.

Over the years, that mindset has taken many forms. I’ve designed websites and brands, created original artwork, reimagined interiors, renovated homes, developed floor plans, staged properties, built custom features by hand, and helped businesses bring ideas to life through thoughtful visual design. Different mediums, same passion: creating work with purpose, character, and impact.

That same drive extends to real estate. Over 20+ years I’ve acquired, fully renovated, and sold 19 investment homes—managing each one from demolition through design, styling, and sale—and staged more than 15 additional listings through Fig & Dane, all of which sold quickly. Every one of those projects sharpened the same instinct: seeing what a space could become, then doing the work to get it there.

Today, AI has become another tool in my creative process—not a replacement for creativity, but an amplifier of it. It allows me to explore ideas more quickly, visualize concepts more effectively, and deliver richer experiences through virtual staging, floor plans, interactive content, and faster design iterations. Every project still begins with human insight, strategy, and imagination. AI simply helps transform those ideas into reality more efficiently.

I believe the most meaningful work is built through collaboration. Every client brings a vision, a challenge, or a dream. My role is to listen, ask the right questions, and create something that feels authentic, memorable, and uniquely yours.
